Property Value Impact from DART Cotton Belt or DART Train?

DART - Never been demonstrated that DART project caused property value to decline?

DART, Question for You - What happens to the property value of a house when you build a 40 foot wall behind it?  This is what you are doing at Coit and Train Tracks.  Does shade from a 40 foot wall increase the value?

Through an Open Records Request, we were able to get 2  meetings posted, links above.

DART -  Tapes the betterment and quarterly meeting videos.  DART has not posted the other videos to the website.  I think the lack of transparency is a huge issue.

I sent the email below and I received no answer so Silence is Acceptance.

Also, I was told these are public meetings per Ms. Tangerla Williams, Temporary Senior Assistant General Counsel Public Information officer.

Dart Meeting Videos

To Sue Bauman and Mr. Meshack,

There have been a lot of concerned parents that have asked what has DART said at the quarterly or betterment meetings.  They could not make the recent quarterly meeting since DART randomly had the meeting on the first day of school of RISD.

There were no signs that said you cannot record.

There were signs posted with “Notice Audio and Video Recording in Progress”.

I am going to post some of the videos I have taken to the public unless DART gives me a legal reason why I cannot post the videos.

I am giving you 48 hours to respond or by 5:22 PM on Friday, August 23rd, 2019.

SILENCE IS ACCEPTANCE and I can post the videos I have taken to the public.
